Q: What’s up with shipping?
A: We are currently able to ship anywhere in the United States and Internationally. We take pride in speedy service. If your order is placed by 12pm during the business day, it will be processed and shipped out of our facility the same day. (Not counting major holidays and Sundays). We are currently shipping out of Wisconsin
Q: How are the decals shipped?
A: Most orders are delivered simply via an envelope (with a red stamp marked YOUR DECAL ORDER ENCLOSED)without tracking to save you money.
Q: How long is shipping?
A: We take pride in speedy service. If your order is placed by 12pm during the business day, it will be processed and shipped out of our facility the same day. We are currently shipping out of Wisconsin. Our ship time is typically 2-5 business days depending on your location. [NOTE: We can control how fast we get your product out the door. However, most of our deliveries are dependent on the US Postal Service, UPS and Fed-X. During this time, they can be delayed.]
Q: How do I track my order?
A: To save you costs, most of our small shipments are free of shipping charges and get mailed out via UPS. For larger orders, we do use tracking.
Q: My package should have been here by now, where is it?
A: We ship 95% of our orders out via USPS, unless it’s very large and another carrier is more economical. We all know the postal service has been undergoing some changes and issues, especially during Covid. So give them a few extra days please, and the vast majority of the time, it’ll show up. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility (usually the same day you order or the next day), we have access to the same info you do, namely the tracking number. We are a very small business and have no pull with the USPS to demand additional info on a package.
If timing is critical, we suggest selecting a faster shipping method at checkout (this will be more expensive), or calling us at the shop to expedite a package. 262-853-0566.
Q: Tracking states “Delivered” but I did not get a package.
A: Sometimes the tracking will show the package was “Delivered”, however, it may take up to 3 days for the package to show up. We’re really not sure why that happens as the service is via UPS or Fed-X.
